We load your bike onto our dedicated carrier vehicle, take it to our workshop, perform the required servicing or repairs with genuine spare parts, and deliver it back to your doorstep. You don't have to ride anywhere or wait at a workshop.

Our basic bike service starts at just Rs 499. The final cost depends on the type of service — basic, comprehensive, or major — and any additional spare parts your bike may need. Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes, absolutely. We use only genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spare parts for every service and repair. This ensures your bike's performance, warranty, and longevity are never compromised. If a genuine part is unavailable, we will inform you and suggest the best quality alternative with your approval.
How long does a bike service take?
A basic service typically takes 3-4 hours from pickup to drop-off. A comprehensive service may take 5-6 hours, and major repairs could take up to 24 hours depending on parts availability. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we pick up your bike and keep you updated throughout the process.
Is pickup and drop really free?
Yes, pickup and drop is completely free for all services within our standard service areas in Hyderabad. There are no hidden charges or extra fees. We believe convenience should come standard — that's why we've built our entire model around making bike servicing hassle-free for you.

Can I track the service progress?
Yes. Once your bike is picked up, we send you real-time updates via WhatsApp at every stage — pickup confirmation, diagnostic report, work-in-progress photos, completion update, and dispatch notification. You'll know exactly what's happening with your bike at all times.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every service comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you notice any issue related to the service performed, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it at no extra charge. We also welcome feedback to continuously improve our quality.
Do you offer emergency bike repair?
Yes, we offer emergency bike repair services for breakdowns, flat tyres, battery issues, and other urgent situations across Hyderabad. Our emergency response team aims to reach you within 60 minutes of your call. Emergency services are available during our operating hours — Mon-Sat 8 AM to 7 PM and Sun 9 AM to 2 PM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all popular payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. You pay only after the service is completed and you've inspected your bike. We also share a digital invoice via WhatsApp for your records.
